I have a skin rash on my legs or arms all the time. There is only one rash at a time and at different places every time. What could this be? I have had this issue for at least 10 years and maybe more.

How can a dark penis head and itching foreskin be treated?

Hello doctor,

My penis head has become black. That part, as well as the foreskin, is itchy. I went to a urologist and he prescribed Ciplox 500 mg (1-0-1) for five days and T Bact cream for applying. It was paining a bit at that time. Now the pain is considerably reduced (about 90 %). But still, the black head on penis is still there. Now occasionally it itches. Please prescribe me a suitable and effective treatment.

Should I worry about my daughter's pink scalp mole?

Hi doctor,

My daughter, who is 20 years old, has a raised pink mole on her scalp. It has been there for several years. The one in question now has a purplish line running through it. My thought is that it is a visible blood vessel. Is it a change that requires seeing our dermatologist? Her dad passed away from melanoma. She is fair-skinned, has blond hair, and blue eyed. She has many moles on her body. She does see a dermatologist once a year. It is not her time yet, but I would certainly send her in if warranted.
