Could my body pain at 36 be lupus or from fibromyalgia?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. As you do not have any clinical symptoms of lupus, except positive antibodies, we do not label you as having lupus. There is a criteria for lupus called SLICC criteria (Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics). It is probably a fibromyalgia-like illness only, but do watch for symptoms of lupus. Continue Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine) to prevent internal organ involvement.

What remedies help with joint pain and fatigue at 45?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Vitamin D deficiency and autoimmune causes can cause low levels of vitamin D. I suggest you do an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, test for rheumatoid factor, an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) of the spine with sacroiliac joint, and an MRI of the whole spine. Additionally, conduct a screening and ultrasound of the hands to assess for active arthritis. Also, consider testing for HBsAg (hepatitis B surface antigen) and HCV (hepatitis C virus).
