Is it all right for a newborn baby of 4 days to be given a normal bath? I read that only sponge bath should be given to the baby till the umbilical cord comes off and is completely healed.

Can MMR and varicella vaccines cause autism in my 15-month-old kid?
Hello doctor,
My 15-month-old son was vaccinated with measles vaccine at nine months. Now, he will be vaccinated with MMR and varicella on the same day. I am afraid of the adverse side effects of the MMR vaccine. My son is neither premature nor underweight. But after birth, the doctor treated my son with Gardinal because the nurse told the doctor that the baby was trembling when crying and sometimes when not crying.
With regards the family history, my wife's 75-year-old grandmother is now under treatment for a neurological disorder or madness for four years. Sometimes, she has to be admitted to the mental hospital. My 62-year-old mother is suffering from a hearing problem since three years.
So, keeping in mind the above things and the data available from the internet about the MMR vaccine, I want to know the chances of being affected adversely by MMR vaccines like autism and hearing problem?

Shall I continue the vitamin drops for my 20 days old baby?
Hi doctor,
My daughter is 20 days old. She is having loose motion from yesterday night. She passed loose stools for about 8 to 9 times between 8 PM to 3 AM. Only a few days back, we started giving multivitamin drops and vitamin D drops. After having that she seemed to struggle while passing motion and it was little. So, for the past two days we have stopped those drops. I have also attached an image. Can you kindly check and advice? Should we take the baby to the doctor? Does it have anything to do with breastfeeding? Many consider that could be one of the causes. Please clarify it.
