Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query.

1) Anal leakage or staining after a couple of hours post bowel movement can be due to perianal itching or infection, leading to extra secretion production or external piles or reduced anal tone or inflammation within the rectum.

2) Hydrocortisone suppositories contain locally acting steroids which reduce local inflammation and help you reduce your symptoms.

3) You should avoid straining while passing stools and clean the area with water and tissue paper.

4) Check yourself for an external lump or swelling at the anal verge or any small extra opening surrounding the anal verge.

5) Ideally, you need one good rectum examination by a doctor.

6) Avoid prolonged sitting and try to keep the perianal area clean and shaved to avoid sweating.

7) It is important if you have any family history of inflammatory bowel disease or colon-related problems like polyps or tumors.

Hope it helps.

Thank you.
