Hello doctor,

I am a 30-year-old female who is not a smoker or drinker, has no known medical conditions, and is not currently taking any medication. Why does my anus look like this? It does not hurt at all, and there does not appear to be blood when I pass stool. My anus does not ache or itch, but I am concerned about its appearance.
