Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Based on the symptoms you have described, it seems like you may be experiencing atrophic vaginitis, a condition where vaginal dryness occurs due to inflammation. This is often linked to hormonal imbalances, particularly low estrogen levels, which can affect lubrication during sexual activity but may not impact moisture throughout the day.

To better understand what is going on, I recommend that you get a hormone profile test to check your estrogen levels. Once we have the results, I can guide you more accurately on the next steps. In the meantime, I would suggest considering estrogen replacement therapy, typically administered as an injection once a week for a month, to help balance your hormones and alleviate the dryness.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
