Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 21-year-old man. My body weight has steadily dropped, and I also have weakness and black bags under my eyes. The exact opposite occurs in energy loss, even after eating healthy meals that should have made me gain weight. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Your problem can be hormonal too, or any other medical condition. You did not mention how your sleep is, as sleep is also a significant factor. Take a balanced diet consisting of proper proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. A good night's sleep is very much essential for you. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. Please take the following medications, have a good diet routine, and sleep properly. Take multivitamins and minerals tablets. Two tablespoons of protein powder are mixed twice daily in a glass of whole cream milk. Try to have boiled chicken breast thrice a day. Take the above medications for three weeks and a good diet routine. Then after that, report the results.

I hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
