Cetuximab

Cetuximab is a drug that is used to treat cancer of the colon or the rectum. It works by inhibiting the growth and survival of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-expressing tumor cells. This drug is used to treat head and neck cancer in combination with radiation therapy.
