Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Based on the information provided, you may have an infection or inflammation of the eye; chalazion will subside on its own without any treatment, but it may take several weeks to a few months. In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures to manage your symptoms, such as the following.

  1. Apply a warm compress to the affected eyelid for 10 to 15 minutes several times a day to help reduce the swelling and promote drainage.
  2. Use over-the-counter pain relievers, such as Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen, to help alleviate any discomfort.
  3. Avoid touching or rubbing the affected eyelid to prevent the spreading of the inflammation.
  4. Practicing good hygiene habits, such as washing your hands frequently and avoiding close contact with others who may have an eye infection.
  5. If the chalazion becomes large or causes significant discomfort or vision impairment, it may require medical treatment, such as antibiotics or surgical removal.

It is recommended to consult with an eye doctor or healthcare provider if your symptoms persist or worsen, especially if you experience any changes in your vision.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
