Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My husband is working night shifts online. In the daytime, he sleeps; he has a habit of continuously masturbating almost daily during work time; and when we have sex, his penis gets erect in seconds. Does masturbation have any effect on sex? Please give suggestions.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
Masturbation is normal; ninety-five percent of males do that (out of a hundred males, ninety-five males). It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is good practice.
It helps to relieve stress.
Boosts mood.
Improves sleep.
It helps to prevent depression and anxiety.
It relaxes a person’s mind.
It relieves pain and muscle cramps.
It relieves the sexual tension.
Improves the confidence of a person.
Allows one to have better sex.
It helps the person understand his needs and desires.
In females, masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.
Masturbation will not harm your penis; having it two to three times a week is not an issue, but more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, and a sense of infertility.
Here are some ways to reduce masturbation.
Sex education.
Physical exercises.
Sleep adjustment.
Quality of sleep.
A healthy and balanced diet.
Programming for leisure time.
Development of spirituality.
Taking a cold bath.
For tiredness or a decrease in strength, you can use
Capsule. Astymin Forte (multivitamins) once in the morning and
Tablet.Shelcal (vitamin D and calcium) once at night after food for thirty days
However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent.
I hope this information will help you.
Kindly revert in case of further queries.
Thank you.
