Chronic Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder condition where there is difficulty to fall asleep and to stay asleep for a long period. Insomnia is considered chronic if there is no sleep for more than three months. Irregular sleep schedule, poor sleep hygiene, nightmares, mental disorders, etc., are some of the causes of insomnia. Treatment includes lifestyle modifications, counseling, etc.
