Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 26 years old, and I am concerned about loose skin. I am looking for suggestions to achieve tighter and glowing skin. Is there any safe injection or treatment that can help with this without causing side effects? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query. I read your query and understood your concern.

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions:

  1. Avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as you can. Wear sunglasses, and caps and cover exposed parts of the body all the time.

  2. Use sunscreen thrice a day like 10 o'clock, 12, and 3 o'clock all over the face.

  3. Use Sunscreen with SPF 50.

  4. Use anti-pigmentation cream over pigmented parts like Kojic acid, Hydroquinone, Hydroquinone.

  5. For brightness of skin ideal treatment is Glycolic acid peels. Sittings of six to eight peels must be required.

  6. Never stop sunscreen.

  7. Apply vitamin C serum at night.

  8. Take vitamin E supplements 400mg once in a day as it is good for the skin.

  9. For tightness of facial skin, you can even go for a Botox injection.

I hope my advice will be helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you.
