Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have red spots on my feet and Pitts that are opening up sore and itchy I have very sweaty feet.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq. com

I do understand your concern. Avoid tight, occlusive footwear. Wear comfortable sandals and ortho wear. Avoid chronic friction/pressure on the foot. It appears to be Tinea pedis with DLSO (Onychomycosis of the great toe) with Foot Eczema (blistering with skin peeling is noticed). Apply Miconazole cream twice daily for six weeks. Soak the foot in lukewarm water for 10 minutes, then clean and dry the foot with a soft towel and apply Micogel cream with a cotton tip applicator with clean hands. Apply 5 percent Amorolfine nail lacquer twice weekly for 12 weeks (on infected nail) follow up later. Use moha foot care cream or Liquid paraffin lotion in the daytime for 10 days.
