Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

About a week ago, I resumed using sun tanning beds. Recently, I noticed a small, painless lump in my groin. It is not itchy or discolored, and feels soft to the touch.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I am sorry to hear about your medical condition, but please do not worry. In relation to your symptoms, it appears that you may have developed atopic dermatitis. Have you experienced any itching, bleeding, changes in your soap or cream, or any recent insect bites?

To further understand your condition, it is advisable to undergo a skin snip test. Additionally, here are some recommendations for your treatment plan:

  1. Capsule Co-Amoxiclav (Amoxicillin and Clavunate acid) 625 milligrams, take it orally twice a day.

  2. Consider using 0.2 percent Tacrolimus or 0.05 percent Clobetasol once daily or 0.2 percent Hydrocortisone twice a day for topical relief.

  3. For allergy-related concerns, you can take tablet Hydroxyzine 25 milligrams orally every 8 hours.

If your symptoms persist, I recommend scheduling another appointment for follow-up through chat, phone, or video consultation.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always come back and reach me at icliniq.com.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
