Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for sending in your question.

The main problem seems to be that you are quite underweight. Being underweight might make your breasts smaller because breast tissue is mostly fat.

Finding out what is making you underweight is really significant. Some common reasons are not eating enough calories, bad eating habits, along with a lot of physical exercise, or a long-term health problem. You also talked about anemia, which could mean that you aren't getting enough nutrients.

Please let me know if you have any other health problems or symptoms that are still bothering you.

Once you start eating better and lose weight, your breasts may also grow naturally. To rule out any underlying health issues, I suggest the following simple tests:

Complete blood count (CBC).

Tests for liver and kidney function (LFT and KFT).

Levels of sugar in the blood.

Thyroid profile.

Ultrasound of the abdomen.

X-ray of the chest.

If there are no serious medical problems and the main concern is nutrition, a planned increase in calorie intake together with good dietary support, should help fix deficiencies and help you gain weight in a healthy way.

I hope this answers your question.

Please feel free to provide us with your input, which will help us improve how we care for patients.

Thanks.
