Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Based on your symptoms, it is possible that you have developed dysmenorrhea, which is pain during menstruation (monthly shedding of the uterine lining), or endometriosis (a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus). These conditions can sometimes be associated with infections or a pelvic mass.

To better understand your condition, I recommend undergoing a high vaginal and endocervical swab test, as well as a pelvic scan. Kindly share the results once available.

In the meantime, you can take two tablets of Mefenamic acid 500 mg by mouth twice a day for one month to help manage the symptoms.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.
