Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have an excessive sweating problem, and today, I get a sudden pass-off feeling. My blood pressure is low, and my heart is beating faster. It has been two days since this. I am also getting sleep paralyzes and breathing issues. There is no heat here, but my body produces so much cold sweating. I also have sneezing, allergy, pain in the shoulder, backside, teeth, and sharp pain in the heart. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I am very sorry about your medical condition. Do not worry. I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I propose you have hypertension. Please do the following tests: chest X-ray, cardiac enzymes, ECG (electrocardiogram), thyroid function test, and electrolyte test. Check your blood pressure. If normal, they take the following except Amlodipine. Please take the following:

  1. Tablet Acetaminophen 500 mg.
  2. Capsule Piroxicam 40 mg.
  3. Tablet Artemether 100 mg.
  4. Tablet Amlodipine 10 mg.

If your symptoms persist, schedule another follow-up appointment via chat, phone, or video consultation with the laboratory results.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
