Fibrofolliculoma is a rare follicular neoplasm that are skin-colored and appears in multiples. It is a benign hair follicle tumor. These papules usually occur on the face and are associated with Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome. They also appear on the neck and ears, and sometimes they are whitish.
