Hi doctor,

I am 31 years old man. My height is 5 feet and 6 inches, and I weigh 164 pounds. I have gastric problems, constipation, and swelling in my rectum. The stool is not passing as usual. Some feces are left inside, which comes during the wash.

Please suggest some medicine.
