Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am not sure what is going on with my eyes. Still, in my left eye, I have this issue: If I am looking at, say, something with a straight black edge (television or mobile phone screen) or even something that is chrome in appearance (car trim, door handle), I get this kind of dot or mark appear in my vision. Still, it only traces that black edge or chrome object, nothing else. It is really hard to explain, and it is not a floater.
I have got those already, and it is a kind of solid dot or mark that can either be black or white or look like it is shimmering sometimes. The rest of my vision is not affected, central and peripheral vision is fine, and all my colors just seem to be off to the top left of my vision in that left eye, and only pick up edges. Hardly noticeable in bright daylight, more noticeable in dim light where there are bright objects.
Kindly advise.
