This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am always worrying about having a heart attack. Even though I follow all healthy habits and have a good lifestyle, I still have this fear. I have heard the American Heart Association say a lot about how important it is to keep your heart healthy. I am not sure if I am doing enough when it comes to healthcare. Sometimes I wonder if I am taking the right medicine to help prevent any issues. I just want to know more about what simple things I can do to stay safe.

Please guide.
