Does masturbation cause hydrocele?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 23 years old, and I have been suffering from hydrocele for months. I think it is due to masturbation. There was a time when I left the habit of masturbation. After four months, I examined the nightfall for the very first time; subsequently, it was repeated for five to six days. Now it is getting worse and worse day after day. I feel dull and stressed. Also, during urination, the leather form of white pee is examined. Sir, is there any treatment for these issues? Also, I feel fatigued every time.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Masturbation is normal. Ninety-five percent of male does that (out of a hundred). It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice.

1. It helps to relieve stress.

2. Boosts mood.

3. Improves sleep.

4. Helps to prevent depression and anxiety.

5. Relaxes the mind of a person.

6. Relieves pain and muscle cramps.

7. Relieves the sexual tension.

8. Improves the confidence of a person.

9. Allows one to have better sex.

10. Helps the person understand his needs and desires.

11. In females, Masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.

Masturbation does not harm your penis; having it two to three times a week is not an issue; more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, sense of infertility.

Ways to reduce masturbation.

  1. Sex education.
  2. Physical exercises.
  3. Sleep adjustment.
  4. Quality of sleep.
  5. A healthy and balanced diet.
  6. Programming for leisure time.
  7. Development of spirituality.
  8. Taking a cold bath.

For tiredness or decreased strength, you can use a capsule of Astymin forte once a morning and a tablet of Shelcal (vitamin D) once a night after food for thirty days.

Masturbation do not cause hydrocele.

Thank you.
