Patient's Query
Thank you doctor for the reply,
I am 26 years old and have had this problem for the past three years. Initially, I was uncomfortable for a year. But now, it started sweating severely. I have sweating on my hair, neck, hands, armpits, back, arms, and abdomen. When I walk to the office, I feel an increase in body temperature and start sweating. It does not stop even after sitting. I was smoking earlier and reduced the habit now. I tested for thyroid and consulted a doctor. All the results are normal. My legs and hands feel numb. I get a fever occasionally, but I am healthy. I can exercise in the gym consistently. I eat well and get seasonal digestion problems. I lost confidence because my friends look weird on me.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
From the reports attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level was in borderline and abnormal. It has been three months since you got the test, so get it repeated. Check your blood pressure and pulse rate. I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) Aldry spray for your armpits and aldry lotion for the abdomen twice daily for 15 days. If it did not help, you should undergo iontophoresis. Wear cotton clothes. Avoid using oil for your hair as it is prone to skin infections.
