Hello doctor,

I have been hearing a lot about the benefits of ice baths for recovery and overall well-being. I decided to try it, and I have been taking ice baths regularly. However, after each ice bath, I have noticed that I feel unusually fatigued, and I have even had difficulty warming up afterward. I am not sure if this is a normal reaction or if I am doing something wrong. Could the ice baths be causing harm to my body? What precautions I should take to ensure it is not negatively impacting my well-being?
