I went through your reports (the attachments removed to protect the patient's identity).

The image shows a fat-containing lump. There is nothing to worry about. Also, no intervention is needed unless it may cause pain and or interfere with sexual activity. You can also get it removed with a minor surgical procedure.

But in my opinion, if it is not hurting you then do not go for any interventions.
