Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

Pain during periods is very common and can affect quality of life. If it has been troubling you from the onset of menarche, then it is what we call as primary dysmenorrhea (pain during periods). Adhering to a healthy life style, taking proper food, regular exercise, de-stressing with yoga etc. I can help you cope with pain. You can take pain killers like meftal spas or cyclopam or zerodol S after seeing a doctor. These pain killers can be taken on a monthly basis without any effect on future fertility or marital life. We also use hormones if the above do not help.If it is a new thing, it might be secondary to a problem with the uterus like fibroid, endometriosis, infection etc. An ultrasound can pick up these. Sometimes laparoscopy may be needed. In addition to the pain killers, life style measures, you will need treatment for the cause in these situations . Thanks.

I appreciate your trust in icliniq.com and for giving me the chance to serve you.

Our goal is to prioritize your health and help you according to your preferences and needs.
