Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had some see-through mucus coming out today when I peed. I had some hard-ons the past few days but was not with anyone or masturbated.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Was it when you passed 1st-morning urine?

Night and early morning erections are normal and indicate a normal and good penile erection system which is physiological and does not indicate any problem (it is generally without any trigger or arousal). If the mucus from urine persists, can get urine analysis done to rule out any pathology.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your answer.

What does a one-time mucus while peeing mean? Because I got so scared that I might have STD (I do not have pain while urinating ).

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Did you have unprotected sexual intercourse? If not, then there is hardly any chance of STD (sexually transmitted disease). One-time mucus is common in early morning urination. If it still persists, get a urine analysis done. Occasional mucus coming, nothing to worry about (many times, they are secretions of accessory penile glands).

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
