I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and was just diagnosed with norovirus. I have been throwing up non-stop for 12 hours and having severe diarrhea. My obstetrician is worried because I am experiencing sharp cramps and have noticed decreased fetal movement. I tried Zofran, but I could not keep anything down, not even water. My pulse is racing (128 beats per minute) and I have been experiencing bad headaches. I have already lost six pounds since yesterday and feel really weak. Should I go to labor and delivery or the regular emergency room?
