Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I consistently notice different numb spots on my foot when I remove my shoes. This does not happen every time, but half of my big toe, second toe and my pinky toe has numbness. The numbness occurs on three toes, the first and second toe on the right foot and the same spots on my left foot. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your first query consult is on us!

I read your query and can understand your concern.

The tightness of the shoes interferes with blood flow, causing numbness. I suggest the following:

  1. Please wear shoes that are a bigger size to allow for better blood circulation.

  2. Try to remove your shoes for a few minutes during your lunch break.

I hope this helps. Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
