Hello doctor,

I need a daily skincare routine for my skin. My skin has a typical skin tone with black blotches, an uneven skin tone, and a small amount of pigmentation. Please recommend a daily morning and night skincare routine.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your worries. Maintain an adequate skincare routine. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twice a day in the morning and the evening. After cleansing, use a moisturizer containing water or ceramides. Use photostable sunscreen for 30 minutes before heading out in the sun. Eat a diet high in antioxidants, zinc, vitamins A and C, and omega-3 fatty acids. Stay hydrated, drink lots of water, avoid stress, and apply Azelaic acid 10 percent cream on dark areas during the day for two weeks. Apply under-eye serum at night for two weeks. For 30 days, take one tablet of beta carotene 30 mg, zinc sulfate monohydrate 27.5 mg, monohydrated selenium dioxide 0.2 mg, manganese 2 mg, and copper 1 mg after dinner each day. Attach a clinical image to examine skin type, texture, and tone so that we can help you.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Take care.

Thank you.
