Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

This problem may be due to infection of either the urinary tract or pelvic inflammatory response or small abrasion in the posterior vaginal wall. Kindly do the following tests.

  1. Thyroid profile.
  2. Pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others like cervicitis.
  3. Urine routine and culture test.
  4. PT (prothrombin time), INR (International normalized test), and coagulation profile.
  5. Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis.
  6. You may need to take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, and antihistamines along with douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary or ointment for five days.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
