2. VDRL (venereal disease research laboratory) and TPHA (treponema pallidum hemagglutination)

3. HBsAg (hepatitis B surface antigen).

4. Anti-HCV (hepatitis C virus).

5. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) antibody.

Meanwhile, apply Acyclovir ointment two to three times a day. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her, and take the medicines with their consent. But there is no harm in taking these medications as well because there is a likely chance that you may have both. Moreover, there is a chance that your partner is having an inactive carrier stage and then transmitted to you. You both need investigation. No condoms do not cause such sores.
