When a man's semen is devoid of sperm, it is known as azoospermia. It leads to infertility in men. Seminal vesicles produce semen. Any blockage in the male reproductive tract leads to obstruction of the produced sperm, known as obstructive azoospermia. Common causes include hormonal imbalance, infection, diabetes, tumors, genetic causes, trauma, vasectomy, stress, etc.
