Some common side-effects are low pressure, dizziness, low heart rate, dry eyes, dry skin, high sugar level, headache, nausea, etc. Carvedilol had a black box warning as it can critically lower your heart rate, blood pressure, and sugar level, and also it should not be discontinued without the doctor's advice
