Medical Conditions - Cologuard

Cologuard is a noninvasive, stool-based screening test for colorectal cancer. The test uses a stool sample to detect changes in DNA and other biomarkers indicative of colorectal cancer or precancerous growths. Individuals with a positive Cologuard result must undergo a colonoscopy to confirm the diagnosis and determine the appropriate treatment.
