Medical Conditions - Inhaler

Inhaler, otherwise called pump or allergy spray, is a small device that is used to administer medicines directly into the lungs. As the medicine is delivered to the lungs, it gets absorbed locally and acts on the lungs, which reduces systemic side effects. Usually, corticosteroids and beta-agonists are used in inhalers to treat asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
