Most kidney cancers are detected at an early stage and are treated successfully. People with kidney cancer may have blood in their urine, a lump in their side or abdomen, loss of appetite, and pain in their side. Treatment for Kidney cancer often involves surgery, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
