Medical Conditions - Mouth Breathing

Mouth breathing occurs when there is a blockage or insufficiency in nasal breathing. Mouth breathing helps in taking oxygen to the muscles in a faster manner. But breathing through the nose filters the impurities and adds moisture to the air, preventing lung dryness. Snoring, dry mouth, bad breath, fatigue, etc., are indicative of mouth breathing. They are treated by removal of nasal congestions and blockage.
