Otomycosis is a superficial fungal infection of the external ear canal. It is mainly caused by a fungus called Aspergillus. Common symptoms of otomycosis include discharge from the ear, pain, inflammation, and hearing loss. Topical antifungal agents are used for treating otomycosis.
