Perianal Crohn’s disease is a medical condition characterized by swelling around the anus. The condition may progress and cause symptoms like bleeding, pain, inability to control bowel movements (incontinence), swelling, etc. About 25 % of the individuals affected by Crohn’s disease may develop this condition. There is no absolute cure for the condition but management includes symptomatic relief.
