Medication, severe dehydration, autoimmune disorders, urinary tract obstruction, diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disorders, etc., are some of the causes of renal failure. Fatigue, muscle spasm, swelling in hands and ankles, etc., are the symptoms of renal failure. This is treated by dialysis and kidney transplantation.
