Medical Conditions - Respiratory Distress

In respiratory distress, troubled breathing can be due to severe infections, chronic illness, or blockages in the airway. Signs include nasal flare, grunting sounds during exhalation, sweating on the head region, wheezing, increased breath rate, and skin color changes (bluish near the mouth and generalized paleness). These indicate that the person is trying hard to get oxygen, and immediate treatment is necessary.
