Tourette syndrome is a neurological condition one may be born with. Essentially this condition is characterized by simple or complex tics. They are involuntary muscle movements or vocal sounds the affected person makes completely out of their control. It can be repeated blinking of the eye, shrugging the shoulders, or making certain sounds repeatedly.
