Is any chance of risk for spinal fracture if a plywood fell?

I have some pain due to injury. Last week, I was at a construction site and marine plywood that is used for construction fell and hit me on the back of my head. My head is fine but my upper back is still in pain and chest also. I did not fall down when I was hit but the impact pushed my upper body down and forward I think beyond normal that is why I am getting back and chest pain. I did not go to the hospital because I do not feel the need. I am sure they will just tell me to give time and take pain killer. Can I get your advice? Is it possible I fractured my spine? What should I do? I am just taking Ibuprofen. Pain is not very bad I am still doing things normally and I can move. I am just wondering why I am still in pain after one week. Can this be a fracture? Please advise.

I accidentally took too much Vicodin for back pain and it has caused reactions. Kindly help.

I am a 72-year-old woman and having back pain for more than three days across the lower back and sides. It feels like inflammation. How can I tell if this is simple back pain or kidney problems? I take Lithium twice a day (bipolar) and Levothyroxine. Also Vitamins, Fiber gel tablet and occasionally Melatonin and Ativan for sleep. I have been on Lithium for over 30 years. I understand it can impact the kidneys. My liver and kidneys tested normal two months ago. I usually take Aleve for pain but yesterday, I accidentally took too much Vicodin for pain and had reactions (hot flash, nausea, and vomiting). Today I am off from all painkillers and using hot or cold compresses and rest. Kindly advice.

How to treat swollen and achy ankle bones after an injury?
Hello doctor,
I was hit on the inside ankle bone by a very hard baseball size rubber two weeks ago. It flew out from under a lawnmower like a projectile. It immediately swelled up and bruised a lot. It has been slightly over two weeks and is still relatively swollen and achy, especially at night. I can walk on it, but it is sore. It is sore to the touch, too, but does not pain severely. Should I wait it out? I am quite broke and cannot afford X-rays unless necessary.

I have neck and shoulder pain that go away when I lie down. Any suggestions?
Hello doctor,
I complained of neck and shoulder pain. It was diagnosed to be muscle spasm by a doctor. X-ray has been taken. I was given cream and Muscadol tablets. I used ice and some exercise. It worked over 90 % but the problem is I feel pain after sitting on a chair for 10 minutes continually. It goes away when I lay on my back. Any suggestion please? Note it is an old problem approximately four years. Also, nine years back, I suffered from neck stiffness.
