I have headache, body pain, and sour burps with dry throat. Please help.

I am 25 years old. I have asthma and anxiety. I have been experiencing headaches and body aches lately. No fever and no cold. But, I cough up phlegm. Also, when I burp, I taste something sour, and my throat feels dry. Please help.
Currently, I am taking Amitriptyline and used Breo ellipta for asthma.

I feel like my nose is blocked, but I do not think I have a cold. What shall I do?

My nose is blocked without cold. I have phlegm at the back of my throat and I need to clear my throat often. I am experiencing this for five days now and I have trouble while breathing through the nose. I cannot go to the hospital now due to the pandemic. Before getting these symptoms, I always have cold when I wake up in the morning and it increases during the day. Please help.

Why do I have headaches, left eye strain, green stools, and trouble sleeping?
Hi doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male with a weight of 154 lbs and a height of five feet seven inches. I have weird symptoms nowadays. I have occasional headaches for the past two weeks. I also have pain in my left eyes. I usually do dancing and exercise every day. But today, I just went for a jog and after that, I started to have headaches. Before three days, I noticed my stool in green color. I went to the bathroom two to three times a day. I am very concerned. Before having these symptoms, I ate fries, and nuggets cooked with vegetable oil. Now I ate rice with bread. I have trouble while sleeping. I sleep only for three to five hours. Sometimes I sleep for six to seven hours. But I wake up in the middle. I work in a graveyard shift and so I try to sleep in the morning. Currently, I am taking Melatonin 3 mg. My doctor prescribed eye drops for my eye pain. But I did not use them. Please suggest.

I have high sugar levels despite taking Insulin. Is overeating to be blamed?
Hi doctor,
I have high sugar levels above 490 mg/dL of PPBS and 240 mg/dL of FBS. I have tiredness, fatigue, and sleepiness not feel well, always feel drowsy, depressed, and have so much confusion and stress not feel well often mood swings and dizziness. Diabetes was diagnosed three years ago. Both my parents are diabetic. The main issue is I dont have control overeating because I feel hungry always continue to eat rich carbohydrates and fat I do not control I do not know why but yes, I do not control on eating now I am gaining weight too I have gained 33 pounds in six months due to eating. I always have a headache and never feel fresh. I dont even exercise. I do not know why. I use to take Metformin. Now I am taking Insulin 30/70 and R regular 15 units each. I am attaching my reports.
