I am feeling empty and emotionally drained. I do not feel like living anymore. I am tired of everyone blaming me every now and then for everything for no big reason. Sometimes I do not understand my fault. I feel suicidal many times.

My wife got her Depo shot three days after intercourse. Will it prevent pregnancy?
Hello doctor,
My question is if my spouse has taken the Plan B pill on the day we had intercourse, but it was also the day she may have been ovulating, will the plan B work, or will it not work at all because she may have been ovulating already? And if so, she got her Depo shot three days later, so would that have any effect on the probability of her getting pregnant?

I have no symptoms, and I am healthy. I had a chest X-ray last week to check my ribs due to a fall that I had. Last year I had a chest X-ray and then a chest CT and was told that I have a calcified granuloma in one of my lungs from an old infection and nothing to worry about. I also had a breast reduction last year. I just want to make sure everything else looks good on this X-ray. I worry a lot about health anxiety. Please tell me that my liver and spleen look okay.
