What are the side effects of over dosage of Vyepti?

Hello doctor,

I am a 48-year-old male. I am having migraine attacks from time to time. My doctor advised me to go for this injection called Vyepti, and I am getting worried about it. He has informed me it needs to be taken four times a year. Will it be effective in controlling my pain? What will happen if I take it more than four times? Also, I would like to know if there will be any side effects like erectile issues, hallucinations, etc. Please give me more information about this injection.

What are the treatment options for cervical radiculopathy?

Hello doctor,

I am a 46-year-old, and for the past few weeks, I have been experiencing persistent neck pain, and it is affecting my daily life. I cannot turn my head without sharp pain shooting through my neck, and the discomfort is spreading down my arm. I have tried over-the-counter pain relievers and hot and cold packs, but I have not found any lasting relief. It is impacting my work and my overall quality of life. I am worried it might be more than just a muscle strain, and after some research, I came across the term cervical radiculopathy. Could this be a possibility? What tests should I undergo to determine the cause of this pain, and what treatment options are available? Is physical therapy a viable option, and if so, how soon can I start? Please help.

Thank you.
