I have PCOS and had unprotected sex. Are there chances of me being pregnant?

Hi doctor,

I am 24 years old. I am a PCOS patient. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the expected day of my period and took an I-pill on the next morning, within 12 hours. I have not had any withdrawal bleeding. We had unprotected sex again in an interval two days. Do I need to take I-pill again? Since I am a PCOS patient and have delayed ovulation, are there any chances of me being pregnant? Kindly help.

I am bleeding after 17 days of IUI. Why?

Hi doctor,

I had gone through IUI on 17 days before that is on the 14th day of menstrual cycle. Yesterday onwards I am getting thick brown bleeding with less flow. Now, I am near my period date. I am also having slight pain and cramping near my lower abdomen and back pain. I am confused whether I am pregnant or not. What should I do now? I am on Susten 300 and Real fol-D. I have 1.1 inch of cervix length at 16 weeks. Do I need cerclage or bed rest now?

Hi doctor,

I am 28 years old. I am 16 weeks pregnant now. My cervix is closed measuring 1.1 inch. I have heard that the length is short for me. What should be the average length of the cervix at 16 weeks? My doctor prescribed me Progesterone suppository. She has not advised me for bed rest or cerclage. But I know people who have done cerclage at 24 weeks with 1.2 inches of cervix length. I have a history of preterm delivery and a miscarriage before eight months back. Please advice.
