What could cause a stabbing pain in the chest?

Hello doctor,

I am a 18-year-old male experiencing stabbing pains in my right lung or chest for a couple of days. I am not exactly sure when it started, it slowly faded into existence. It is primarily a sharp stabbing pain in my right middle or lower ribs and lungs in the same area. The pain expands sometimes but seems to be centered around there. Coughing, breathing, sitting, lying, moving, everything makes it worse with sudden stabs. I have not engaged in any physically exerting activities recently, do not smoke or partake in similar habits, and am in fine shape. I had a similar pain two to three years ago after an accident, but it was in a different location (center of the sternum) and was not as severe.

Kindly help.

How to overcome an addiction to porn and masturbation?

Hello doctor,

I am 20 years old and have been masturbating for the past five years. I have never had a girlfriend; I merely enjoy masturbating. A few weeks ago, I had sexual intercourse, and within two minutes, I experienced ejaculation. I was embarrassed when my partner mentioned that she would never engage in intercourse with me again due to early ejaculation. Now my query is, are there any possible solutions to increase the duration of my erection during sexual intercourse and last longer, preferably about 30 minutes?

Kindly help.

What could be the reason for persistent cough, breathlessness, chest tightness, and fever?

Hello doctor,

I have been unwell recently, experiencing a persistent cough, difficulty in breathing, tightness in my chest, fatigue, and a mild fever. A blood test revealed an elevated eosinophil count and white blood cell count. I am somewhat concerned about these results and am contemplating which tests to undergo for a more comprehensive understanding of my condition. Additionally, could you suggest medicines or treatments to manage this infection? Kindly help.

Thank you.

What causes an abnormal appearance in the anal region?

Hello doctor,

I am a 30-year-old female who is not a smoker or drinker, has no known medical conditions, and is not currently taking any medication. Why does my anus look like this? It does not hurt at all, and there does not appear to be blood when I pass stool. My anus does not ache or itch, but I am concerned about its appearance.

Kindly help.

What is the suitable diet for a 50-year-old woman with arthritis and anemia?

Hello doctor,

I am inquiring about a healthy diet for my 50-year-old mother, who has been diagnosed with arthritis. She has been under arthritis medication for the past two years. Recently, she has been found to be anemic, with a hemoglobin level below the normal range at 9 g/dl. Her doctor has advised her to discontinue arthritis medication but continues with vitamins and iron tablets. Is there a way to increase her hemoglobin level to normal, and can you suggest a suitable healthy diet for her? She does not have diabetes and is not taking medications for any other diseases.

Thank you.
