Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am pregnant and on Methadone injections. I experience severe pain, and it persists afterward. Is this a bad thing?
Hi,
I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.
I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.
So please let me know the following:
How many weeks pregnant are you?
When was your last menstrual period?
Are you having pain and bleeding right now?
Is this your first pregnancy?
What other medicines are you taking?
I do not recommend taking Methadone. I would like to suggest you take a Duvadilan (Isoxsuprine) tablet 10 milligrams twice to thrice a day. Please elaborate on the questions I asked above.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for the reply.
I am 16 weeks pregnant. There is no bleeding. I am on Methadone injections and sequel. The pain is just random, maybe occuring once or twice a day. This is my third live pregnancy. I have had one ectopic and one miscarriage.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I read and understand your concern.
Please take tablet Duvadilan (Isoxsuprine) 10 milligrams twice to thrice a day along with tablet Drotin (Drotaverine) and when required, take along with Susten SR (Progesterone) 300 milligrams once a day for 10 days and then let me know. Please be on bed rest. Please send me your ultrasound report.
Looking forward to your response in order to help you.
Thank you.
